I’m a photographer specializing in events, concerts, and headshots based out of Washington, DC. I started out in 2009 after winning a camera through a Facebook contest, and it all quickly escalated from there.

My professional photography career got started through concert photography in DC. I love catching fleeting moments of musicians in the moment and sharing them with the world. I've been lucky enough to cover a diverse range of musicians like Dolly Parton, Joni Mitchell, Beck, Janelle Monae, and Arctic Monkeys, from large arenas and festivals (SXSW and Newport Folk Festival) to intimate shows in basements and living rooms.

Outside of concerts, I love documenting all of the places, people, and things that bring us all together in one place. I've shot events for NPR, Spotify, Little Sesame, Bluebeam Software, CreativeMornings/DC, N Street Village, and the Cathedral Choral Society, and my photos have also appeared in Rolling Stone Magazine, the Washington Post, Today.com, District Fray Magazine, and Current.
